Book Description

Meet King Antiochus. When he died more than 21 centuries ago, his spirit never passed on. Instead he waited to live again, watching humanity until its fruit ripened ready to be harvested for the New Age. That time is now.

To Christians and Jews, Antiochus is an Antichrist predicted by Jesus and the prophet Daniel. An abomination come back from the grave to finish what he started. To other religions though, he is the messiah they've been praying for to stop wars and spark mass enlightenment.

It's a recipe for Armageddon.

Readers will meet many fascinating characters along the way to discovering the real intentions of Antiochus and his reincarnated followers, born in positions of power and influence around the globe. Messiah or Antichrist? Find out now!

This revised novel combines two books: Something Coming Book 1: The Sacred Mountain, and Book 2: The Second Coming of Antiochus.

500 pages.

5.0 out of 5 stars Loved This Story August 27, 2010
I love fiction that "takes me away" to a place I've never been, to meet interesting people and learn something new. The Third King is that sort of novel. The characters are rich. The settings are fantastic and well-described. The writing is highly polished, and the story has twists and turns worthy of a Dan Brown novel. Add in cloning, ritual magic, reborn souls, a new religion, charismatic priests, lives drastically changed, some action and adventure (and violence, but not much and not graphic), and you have a Second Coming like nothing ever written.

5.0 out of 5 stars Stunning August 26, 2010
The Third King is a stunning novel, written for thinking types who are wondering if the world can be saved, and if Second Coming prophecies are soon going to come true. It's one part Left Behind, one part Stephen King, one part Dan Brown.

5.0 out of 5 stars 2nd coming, Armageddon or something else? November 3, 2012
Verified Purchase
The Third King is an intricate and powerful portrayal of events and people involved in what might be a second coming, might be the biblical Armageddon, but then again, might not. Since the volume contains two-thirds of the overall story and the third-third is still on the drawing board, we may yet find out.
It is based on the premise of the rebirth - in modern times - of Antiochus Epiphanes, ruler of the Selucid Empire (a portion of the empire of Alexander the Great) from 175 to 164 BC. This empire included Judea, which apparently refused to stay put, leading to carnage inflicted by Antiochus and a full-scale rebellion led by the Maccabee family that sent the empire packing and may have been responsible for Antiochus's death.
Antiochus returns in this novel, determined by be a peace-maker starting with peace between the Turkish and the Kurds and continuing on to world peace. However, he also wants to rule, and the descendants of the Maccabees are still around.
Reincarnation plays a major role in this beautifully written yarn as does character development. So do history, spirituality, religion, belief systems, and personal character interactions. All told, it is quite a bite - not that easy to chew!
