I highly recommend this book, to cooks and artists!
Have owned this book for about 20 years now, and have replaced my paperback with a hard covered book because I used it so much that my first book is now in two peices.
As I already said, one of the most distinctive things about Ms. Miller's book is the fact that her recipes tend to be simpler than other leading cookbooks.
I think the title should be "100 recipes repeated 10 times" Totally disappointed and am now (still) shopping for a good chinese cookbook. A pox on Claibourne and the rest.Published 15 days ago by Ronald D., Lund
I love this book. The recipes are clear and specific. I bought it used. It was delivered in three days and is in new condition as promised.Published 1 month ago by Caroline B.
The book is an excellent reference for authentic-tasting Chinese...ribs, dumplings, stir-fry.
A perfect addition to the home cook's library.
I had received this as a wedding present in 1977 and bought as a wedding present for my husband's niece as well as a WOK.Published 2 months ago by Rosalie G Reed-Denardo
