The Three "R's" Cookbook is a fundraising effort of the Lower Saucon Township Historical Society. Proceeds from the sales of the cookbook will go toward the restoration of the Lutz-Franklin Schoolhouse. This schoolhouse is the last publically owned one-room schoolhouse in Northampton County, Pennsylvania.

This is a wonderful collection of lovely family recipes. The crab on english muffins appetizer is easy to make and incredibly good. The mandarin salad is addictive. The pumpkin bread and pineapple upside down cake are great dependable recipes you will make time and time again... and all the proceeds go to a good cause, the restoration of a one-room schoolhouse!
