She really works your smaller muscles and you feel it after the workout, so you know it's working.
Well I think it will take more than a week, but in this first week (I did it almost every day)I can already see a big difference.
Tracy does use a mat, but she is standing on it - at least for the 30 plus/minus minutes that I played.

|Tracy and cardio||
Late post: I run and do her rebounder cardio found online. I have had great results with my lower body, and have not bulked up at all (I did bulk up from heavy weights and squats which I used to do). As stated in my review, the legs section is the only portion of her video that improved my body.
