Tess's second book, The Two-Week Wellness Solution: The Fast Track to Permanent Weight Loss and Vitality, was released in June 2010 and includes a foreword by Dr. Neal Barnard. Her latest book, Radiance 4 Life: The 4 Cornerstones of Ultimate Vitality, was just published in June 2011 and includes a foreword by Robert Cheeke.
She currently works as a wellness coach, healthy cooking instructor, and speaker.
