I was quite impressed with this book on sleep because it taught me ways to combat insomnia. My whole family suffers from insomnia problems and I wasn't sure how to rid myself of them. This book is finally helping me get much needed rest. After spending some quality time with this

book and doing a bit of the required work, sufferers will definitely find that insomnia will start

becoming more and more distant and that they are able to sleep peacefully and effortlessly. I can

I read this for practical purposes, not for pleasure. Just reading the tips/strategies have proven helpful to me. Also, some interesting information on sleep, though some is likely to be redundant if you've got a med/psych background. Still, I'd definitely recommend this if you've got insomnia. I gave this book 5 stars because after several weeks of suffering from insomnia I tried their methods and it worked!

I am a fitness nut and I know that sleep is one of the most important things you can do to improve your health, It helps you burn fat, regulate your hormones and aid in positive thinking. But like me and most people a good nights sleep is not always a given. And the root cause is almost always insomnia. Well this book has all the information you need to fight this issue. And I have started trying some of the tips and no I am not sleeping every night flawless, but my sleep is definitely improving. And if this keeps up those nights of great sleep is just around the corner.
