More About the Author

David W. Chin has been an elementary teacher, a campus security guard, a motel clerk, a free-lance programmer, a breakfast chef, an innkeeper, and a Culinary Arts instructor. He has also volunteered with the Red Cross, was a baker with the USO in Saudi Arabia during the First Gulf War, has served with a volunteer fire company in Pennsylvania, and has donated his time to a food bank in Arizona. During his copious free time, he works in his test kitchen, writes e-books, lavishes attention upon his cats, and produces soap and candles that look and smell like real food. He currently teaches Culinary Arts for the Clark County School District in Nevada.

I enjoyed in particular the commentary that accompanied the recipes particularly concerning the Chines food! And I'm not even a vegetarian!
