The last two shows of season five rocked and the seris finale was done exceptionally well. With that being said TNT did not renew one of the best shows they had on thier station. Not only did they not renew the show, but they teased us with the possiblity of two shows. The "kids" being taught by the "parents" on how to successfully run a con from all angles. We watched them grow from a group of distrustful, socially stumped, loners to a "almost" super-tight family. Y'all know they still have some issues...LOL. Would have loved to see how long it actually took Nate and Sophie to marry and what the wedding would be like. Hardison and Parker still have things to work out between them. Eliot is still everyone's calvary and you know they and others still need saving. Leverage-Wish I had some with TNT.

This season was in true Leverage style with great stories told by an incredible cast. Leverage is like no other show on television and always brings the best in storyline and acting. I will miss this show very much and I think TNT will come to regret its cancellation. Season 5 of Leverage, worth every penny!

The writing, the character development, the acting, the directing -- all excellent. The heads of the network that cancelled it are fools.

I love the Leverage team. I loved how it ended as it began. I loved the chemistry between all the characters and how well they comedically played off each other and how many of the characters' key phrases made the last season all the more enjoyable.

If you're a fan of the series it is a good addition that pulls it a bit back to the original season, which makes this being the last season a sad thing to see. The upside is that they ended it as it would have ended if they had managed to make it to where they wanted to. All in all this season fleshes out the characters more, especially Eliot, Hardison, and Parker.

This is easily the best episode of Leverage so far. The series is nice and lighthearted, full of action and gadgets, twists and turns, etc. This episode is no different regarding these qualities, but sets itself apart with the use of a much stronger plot, and a much more serious tone. If you haven't given Leverage a chance because it seems a little hokey, then spend the $2.00 and give this episode a try. I think you'll find it to be very entertaining, suspenseful, and satisfying.

Leverage is a rare gem that made you laugh and cry. It handled relevant current events and some topics others wouldn't touch but never took itself too seriously. The team of characters were all fleshed out and given equal opportunity to shine making it more of a family rather than a stock of actors. Season five gave some of the best performances and tributes, not to mention a plethora of guest stars! I can NOT wait to see a DVD set of this season and the bonus features. I purchased near every episode of season five in order to relive these episodes again and again. The humor is great whether scripted or off the cuff (as much of the dialogue becomes throughout the series.) A couple of the episodes this season took a more dramatic less funny approach (Rundown Job, Long Goodbye Job to name examples) but the show never lost sight of its light core. Humor still appeared but was never pushed over the top, it bled into the drama naturally. Season 5 is a shining example of why this series has a large and undeterred fanbase that voted the show People's Choice Award winner for Best Cable Drama 2013 (for this particular season!)
