3.0 out of 5 stars I see Facebook... I see Facebook all the time... March 15, 2014

I just played this game for 50 mins, which in itself sounds like a plus. I did really like the Nashville and Rosewell stages... but otherwise, bleah. This game is far too integrated with Facebook. To "sign in" in order to not be an anonymous guest of the game (and here you thought you owned your tablet), you have to have a Facebook account. I kept playing the Nashville stage, finally got the bonus stage unlocked with 4 gold trains delivered, and guess what... the bonus is actually a Facebook score contest with a friend on... Facebook... or some other random world user of... sing it with me... Facebook! Oh, in case you didn't realize that Facebook was hinted at, there are at least 2 more Facebook button prompts I counted in various locations (main menu and settings).

Game play was fun, however. Sorta. The stages are varied in mechanic setup (I unlocked all the classic stages), but in the end, it's keep getting trains on the right track as the number of simultaneous trains on screen speed up till- yep, time to call FEMA. The only real replay value is trying to beat your own score, unless of course you have a Facebook account... then you can try to beat the score of someone else. Yay! The screen starts getting a bit glitchy when things really get hot, so sooner or later, you are gonna have to give up getting a higher score on any particular stage.

I did play it for good long time, and I did like a couple of the stages enough to say 3 stars (the bonus "Challenge" Facebook content was a real let down)... and who knows, it may be 4 stars if you have a ... Facebook... account.

4.0 out of 5 stars Nice game! Contains Flurry analytics, though. March 15, 2014
Verified Purchase
Just a heads up that this app does contain Flurry and it is active, according to my network traffic analysis tests. Since this is not disclosed by the developer, -1 star.

Too bad, too, because the game is great. Control trains by moving them from track to assigned track without crashing them or routing them wrong. There is more to it depending on the city but that is the gist of it. It may sound simple (and it is, in theory) but it can get crazy quick.

Grab this and hope the developer removes Flurry from this full version while it is the FAOTD. Or play it on a device reserved just for games. Or put up with it if you do not care about being watched. I report, you decide. ;)

This game is fun and has fast action. At times it moves so fast it is difficult to keep up with. Your job is to use your finger to create tracks between the rail lines to redirect the trains to the right tracks. It sounds easy but the trains come fast and furious, especially the ghost trains and the skull trains. Other levels can have obstacles in the way so you can only create tracks in certain locations.

The game has a nice tutorial in it and the game is easy for children and adults when it starts. The tutorial is simple as the real game gets into fast action very quick with special trains and more tracks. You move across the country into different stations as you progress through the game.

This app contains Flurry Analytics which can collect your behavioral game play and what you do in the app. It also contains a built in tool for Facebook. The game is written in C/C++ using Android NDK. The only permission requested is to use your internet. As this app is now it is not dangerous. Just remember that if you also accept an app update that is the same as downloading the app for the first time and you may also be accepting new permissions. Make sure to review any app changes before downloading the update. In addition the tool to enable Facebook is integrated into the game and you are asked to log into Facebook a lot. It aggravates me that the developers want to get you to use Facebook in their games. You are asked to share your game scores and progress at the end of the levels.

I gave the game 4 stars because of the Flurry Analytics that are built in and the constant requests for you to go to Facebook. I wish developers would forget that Facebook exists. I will not advertise for them using Facebook.

1.0 out of 5 stars Here we go again. March 15, 2014
Facebook integration and Flurry analytics embedded? I really wish that devs would stop doing this. My entire entertainment history and personal information shouldn't be required to play a game.

4.0 out of 5 stars "Keep Those Trains Moving"....... March 15, 2014
Verified Purchase
This FAOD is like owning your own Train sets and your the Conductor..Depending on what location your in you could have up to 4 tracks and you have to control the trains in this puzzle by moving them to their right numbered track...Each train comes with a number so you know what track it goes to...You could have a couple moving at the same time and you can tap to stall the trains to cross over to their tracks without crashing them just in a nick of time..Graphics are simple but nice..

You get one point for each delivered Train correctly...Clear the right number and unlock the next location like Miami, Nashville with Ghost Trains and Skull Trains that don't collide but you have to move quickly they come at you really fast and so on...Travel around the USA :)

Fun, challenging and strategic play...

Kindle HDX 7

You don't need to sign into Facebook to play this game at all only if you want to play against your friends...Not a requirement....
