I'm so used to reading historical romances by Jennifer Blake, that when I saw this title I thought "this does no compute!" I loved it. It was a given that the heroine is a witch and capable of certain powers. It was also a given that the hero is an immortal...but the twist ending was amazing! I would never in a million years have dreamed up that one! This is a fun read that (typical of Jennifer Blake) throws the man and woman together in a battle of wits and words...and action.
