Like the Wednesday Letters, this book does a fantastic job with character development. The characters are distinguishable and some are quite charming. They are also very real. They have their problems, their faults, and their good qualities. This book helps the reader define people not just by their deeds, but by their ambitions and personalities as well.

My only complaint with this book is my same problem with Wednesday Letters. After a great book with a great story, it ended too quickly, meaning that everything was resolved in a matter of pages. The ending doesn't seem to do the rest of the book justice. That being said, the book is still definitely worth reading.

I have read all of Jason Wright's books and this is by far the best one yet! It was a great addition to Wednesday Letters and is exactly what I wanted when I finished Wednesday Letters. You will fall in love with the characters and relate to so many stories in the book. I also think it is impossible to read it without tears! I hope to start this tradition in my family. This is a very good book!

The Wedding Letters is a continuation of the story of the Cooper family that started in The Wednesday Letters. The Wedding Letters can stand on it's own, but it will be a more fulfilling read if you have read The Wednesday Letters first.

The story centers around the main characters, Noah Cooper and his future bride, Rachel. All of the characters are so wonderfully rich, and colorful. They remind you of your neighbors and family members, so you connect quickly with them. Previous readers of this series remember soon what they loved about the Cooper family, and also what they disliked about some of them. By all means, this is not a story about a perfect family, but I believe they don't exist. That would be boring to read about a family with no flaws. Jason writes his characters with enough flaws, that you root for them as they grow, learn, and sometimes change for the better.

I enjoyed reading about the concept of "The Wedding Letters". The fun part for me being a single, divorced women, is that I hopefully will get married again. I would love to follow this tradition the next time I get married. You don't have to be in your twenties to have a gift of Wedding Letters done for you. Down below I have a video showing what exactly The Wedding Letters Tradition is.

The Wedding Letters overall is a short, sweet read that most readers will enjoy. The main themes of love, forgiveness, and moving forward, will make up for some of the predictability in the storyline. This will not take away from the feeling of contentment and resolution felt at the end of the story. I truly love reading stories by Jason Wright.

The Wedding Letters was a 2011 Whitney Award Nominee in the General Fiction category.

This was a sweet sequel to THE WEDNESDAY LETTERS. It conveys the volatility and fragility of new love as well as the haunting spectre of a past secret. The setting in the Shenandoah Valley and the weaving in of real people from our community was fun and well done.

What I especially loved about both this book and its predecessor was the theme about the power of a handwritten letter and the personal and emotional history that can be revealed when they are saved and read years later.

Pretty good book! It was easy to get into the characters! The last month was a stressful month so I enjoyed going to bed at night so I could read my book!

This was such a great book. I loved Wednesday Letters and fell in love with this story as well. It has characters that you can easily relate to and you fall in love with them from the very beginning. It is a moving story about the relationship of two people and how they overcome all obstacles in their way. The letters that are shared are very inspiring as well. I recommend this to anyone who is a fan of Jason Wright!

I loved this book, it made me wish that I had my own wedding letters. I love family history as more than names, dates and places. A beautiful story of family, friends, memories and possibilities. Jason blessed me with a very visual work that made me feel like a part of this story. I can't wait to read more of his books.
