The difference between hard worker and workaholic is very thin. If you’re workaholic this book will help you to overcome the problem. You may be workaholic and didn’t even know it.
I like the advice to enjoy your time at home. This is very simple and effective way to reduce stress.

This is an easy to understand guide to curing yourself from being a workaholic. In many instances a person does not know whether they are a workaholic or not. This book clarifies this with well defined meanings of what it actually is. It gives you a step by step group of advise that if followed can help you get and cure your workaholism. The steps are easy to do but will take practice. Once it is followed through you will be on the road to a cure.

5.0 out of 5 stars for my hubby! September 26, 2014
By BEV
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I bought this for my husband because he seems very hard working man. I was a bit worried because he can't find time for family and my kids might not want him anymore. When he started reading this, I told him to apply it and make some adjustment for us. And I noticed how this book affect our lives. He's already making time for the family. I should have bought this a long time ago. Great book!

3.0 out of 5 stars Hope that I can be Helped July 5, 2014
Format:Kindle Edition
I am in crisis right now because of my workaholic behavior and had no way to even wrap my arms around how to begin a discussion to free myself. The education about how OCD relates to workaholism and therefore the need for a therapist gives me a starting place. Thanks Lisa for your insights.

As someone who has a "regular" 9-5 office job I found this book an inspiration, it gave me the confidence to admit that their is something wrong in my life and I need to change my priorities and spend more time with my wife rather than at the office. This book has given me the kick I need to make the change.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good Advice For Workaholics June 13, 2014
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
The author breaks down the reasons why you might be a workaholic and it is good information to know. Many people are in denial about being workaholics or they just don't know any other way of life. There are questions throughout the book that give you time to reflect on whether or not you have the signs of being a workaholic. Overall this is a good read for people who struggle with workaholism.

1.0 out of 5 stars Ouch
Painful to read, as the so-called author clearly didn't bother to proofread after producing this verbal vomit. The only good thing about this short story? I didn't pay for it.
