They pulled the stops on this cd/dvd. The live sound is better than previous Motorhead live gigs. The set lists are different from other live shows. The chase is better than catch, is excellent. I thought "The thousand names of god" was worth price. PHIL"S opening solo was a killer intro to brain numbing riff provided by Lemmy & Mikki D. That not only sounds great but, you can watch it take place on blue ray video.I am not a drum solo fan per say, Mikki's solo on "in the Name of Tragedy added to an already great song, you will hear and see why he is one of if not the best drummer in rock today Motorheadbangers have and know this already. Rock fans should give this a spin. This is Rock n'Roll at its best. I'm 66 and have seen them in all their incarnations, and have nearly all Motorheads work. you can't go wrong to pick up The World Is Ours. I guarantee this to be true, go back and check out some early stuff with "wurzel" on guitar. IT'S ALL GOOD!!!

This set, featuring a DVD and Blu-ray disc of over 2 hours of excellent concert footage, along with 2 CDs with the same performances on them, is a must have for any Motorhead fan.

Vocals seem to be mixed more in the background on the CDs than on the DVD, so I would give 4 1/2 stars if possible.

However, for less than $20 you can't go wrong.

Great sound and excellent track selection make this a top choice for one of the bands live efforts...or should I say post-Fast Eddie live efforts (No Sleep is still my favorite). The key is the mix and the sound; every instrument and Lemmy's vocals seem to be in the right place. Nothing is buried in the mix and you need a subwoofer to do Mickey Dee's drumming justice, earbuds are not an option! No need to comment on the individual songs, if you made it this far, you already know them! But I will say there are just a few minor variations in each song over previous live efforts, mainly in the excellence of Philip Campbell's guitar work. True, there is some duplication of some songs (maybe a 1/4 star deduction), but from different arenas so there is some variation in them. For any Motorhead fan a must and a definite consider for anyone looking to finally check out this still under-rated band.

This package is all meat and no filler. Excellent audio/video makes this a no-brainer for any Motorhead fan or someone looking to get introduced to how amazing these guys are live. Yes indeed, Lemmy is god!

Disc one is an entire Motorhead gig from the Wacken Open Air Festival in Germany on August 6, 2011 with killer tracks like "Stay Clean", the ass-kicking "Metropolis", "Rock Out", the awesome, "In The Name Of Tragedy", one of my all-time favorite metal tunes "Just 'Cos You Got The Power", the slower tempo "Going To Brazil", "Killed By Death" and the first two cuts on disc two are the finale "Ace Of Spades". Then on disc two - several songs from their Sonisphere Festival in the UK on July 10, 2011 are from an entire show that Lemmy personally dedicates to the late Motorhead guitarist - Wurzel who notably died the previous day from a heart attack. Very touching. Disc two finishes out with a handful of tracks from the Rock In Rio gig in Brazil on September 25, 2011. One thing I really like about 2-CD title is that the label UDR had packed both CD's with a full duration of music. Highly recommended.
