The book was very repetitive both within and from chapter to chapter.
As in his previous books Diamond's writing is excellent, well thought out and very readable for both the professional scholar and the interested layman.
This book is too personal, and Mr Diamond makes sweeping conclusions based on a very small sample of primitive societies which he once studied.
