As I explained in my other review, I just rediscovered this book I've had for years. It's wonderful. There is so much information and routines in here to really enhance your well being.

The "longevity" book offers routines for youth, a youthful back, to relieve aches and pians and for sex and vitality.

Each book offers different routines to enhance your life in a specific way. The focus of this one is "longevity", of course.

The only caveat is that you must study the book to understand the routines. Once you do that, and actually DO the exercises, you will get amazing benefits.

I really like the specific knowledge of each book. I am very much looking forward to trying each one and measuring the effects.

The smallness of the book makes it excellent for travel. Take it with you and you will need no yoga instruction while traveling.
