The picture shows Teacher Ed: it is not. I had to return it and start shopping again. What a disappointment. Thankfully amazon is good for monetary returns. I will never get my time back.

I purchased this text, used for less than $2. This book is laughable, except for the fact that fundamentalist christians are using it to teach children across the US, a history of Non Truths and their belief of how they wish it were to have happened to fit in with their made up religion. The History of the World in Christian Perspective (A Beka Book) Paperback - January 1, 1995 is wrong about the history of the World they have imagined to have happened, and from what they write in to our local paper as letters and sound-offs, their arguments are that this is what they want to believe rather than truth. This Flat World Society is continuing the spread their lies to as many children that they can coerce into believing their Middle East tribal malarkey, to perpetuate their religious concept of Faith rather than Truth, for as many generations of our society, before it finally is put away for good and our human societies can move on from this crap. The entire Bible is a collection of old stories than were also used in other faiths of the Middle East region and then gathered up in the ancient biblical writings and scrolls of the Jewish Faith and also used in Islamic beliefs and even earlier faiths. Much of it is disproven, and yet still included in these false historical accounts of our World and also the history of this country. If Adults want to believe something, fine, but don't continue these lies to the children who will be the future of our society. This is disgusting to me that we allow this to be foisted on us, as their right to evangelize their phony beliefs. To force this into the school system is not only wrong it is and should be illegal in established systems to educate our children. Real history is tainted enough from the survivors telling it by word of mouth, rather than including Mythology of a Middle East Religion to taint if further. This is just a sorry story to leave as a legacy of learning. It needs to stop.
