Editorial Reviews

Deluxe CD/DVD live release from the original shock rocker. The Theatre of Death Tour was a concert tour by Alice Cooper that began on July 31, 2009. The tour consisted of 11 legs spanning across North America, Australia and Europe. The tour incorporated a heavy use of theatrics and stunts performed by Cooper himself and a number of actors, including his daughter.

5.0 out of 5 stars An Incredible Alice Performance! October 16, 2010
Format:Audio CD|Verified Purchase
I was lucky enough to see Alice on this tour just two months before in Pompano Beach Florida and I was positively blown away at his energy, and this terrifically tight band. My girlfriend and I brought our handheld cameras and grabbed some of the great bits. I so hoped that a copy would come out someplace...

Well, here is the DEFINITIVE professional version. As a long time Alice Fan I've seen Alice make multiple tries to recapture some of the glory of the early 70s, and his live peformances have ALWAYS delivered, but sadly his place in rock history, and the respect that comes along with it is often lost on the public! Just 5 years ago I saw him play in a room that holds 4000, but merely 300 or so showed up - but he still played like there were 40,000 in the room...if you want a taste of the greatness that IS Alice Cooper; I highly recommend this DVD/Blue Ray...there are lots of hits here, seamless transitions, and "Killer" quality...ps; it' good to see him getting the nod from the Rock 'n Roll hall of fame finally...and even great to see his shows filling up...Rock on Master Shock Rocker!

5.0 out of 5 stars Alice still has it! November 13, 2012
Format:Audio CD|Verified Purchase
I gave this video a 5-star rating, as it is Alice at his best ever. He's as much actor as singer, and it's proven in this program. Age has not diminished his talents, and he gets more detailed in the presentations every tour. He can do the same songs, but the way he does them each year is different. The best in this video is "Nurse Rozetta" and "Is It My Body". Alice does his craziest show ever, and I love these. I had to miss the tour that year, so it was a treat to get this on video. If you're a die-hard Alice Cooper fan, this video is a must! Get it while you can!

Format:Blu-ray|Verified Purchase
Been a fan of the coop since the 70s, in fact killer was one of my first music purchases. A great show from the past but I saw hin at the beacon this summer and he still rocks just as hard as in the concert footage from good to see you again

Alice puts on a tremendous show. The theatrics and great band that Alice fronts make this a great Blu-ray. Oh yeah!
