4.0 out of 5 stars This album is the money.
Though the sound quality is not the greatest, and some songs are a little sloppy, overall the album is very good and some songs are absolutely stunning; beautiful - most notably: For The Love Of My Country, Do I?, All Pretty For The TV, Center Of Your Ways, Sickly, and both acoustic tracks (Digging Deep and Drenched Descent). I would certainly recommend it to any...

3.0 out of 5 stars in their final performance
Hi My name is Jeff I live in SEATTLE Poor Old is the greatest band ever. This Cd shows the energy of one of their show perfectly. Consider the fact I went to at leaste ten of their shows. Notice me on the front cover of this CD that's me on the far left corner. That show was very emotinal for me and everone. But they edited out some of the best stuff that they played...

I would certainly recommend it to any Poor Old Lu fan, as well as to any fan of rock (because they certainly do).

4.0 out of 5 stars Not their best concert., April 1, 2002

I love Poor Old Lu. The problem with this album is that it isn't their best concert performance by far. Now that they've gotten back together, it's better to just go to a festival and see them for real. With that said, I still think that the version of "Sickly" on this album is amazing. And almost worth the cost of the cd. A must for die-hards like me, but not a good first impression if you don't know their music.

5.0 out of 5 stars Poor Old Lu is back..., May 31, 2001

The live CD is awesome. Poor Old Lu makes some of the best quality music I have heard in a long time. This CD is the closest I have come to hearing Poor Old Lu live because I live on the east coast, but I will see them next month at Cornerstone 2001. That's right Poor Old Lu got back together again for some shows and at least 1 new CD. I can't wait to hear them. I enby all of you Seattlites that got to see POL all the time.

I wish they would have had the last few songs from the show on the CD but I heard their tape ran out when they were recording it.

By A Customer
After having the great oppurtunity to be there when this album was recorded, I must say, it captures all the energy and musical bliss of a Poor Old Lu cocert. And check out the Cover, that girl with her mouth wide open is ME! I may be a little partial but I tell you, this is a must for any Poor Old Lu fan. It's the next best thing to being there. We miss you Lu!

5.0 out of 5 stars a band to be missed for generations to come....., August 17, 1998
i was at this final show by one of the best bands of my generation.....it had to have been one of the best concerts i'd been at.....the heart-wrenching vocals of scott hunter, the rhythmic beat on the drums by jesse sprinkle, and the melodic convergence of aaron sprinkle on guitar and nick barber on bass.....the only thing i can say is--WOW! we will all miss you as a band, but thank God we still have your music to enjoy....God bless and take care!

4.0 out of 5 stars Poor old mix, August 21, 2001

This is really a great cd of a band that doesn't look to be having a live cd out any time soon. The only downside has to do with the overall mix. The mistakes were left in on purpose if you read the pamphlet which is fine. After all the only people that are really going to notice sound stuff are musician's like me.
