My 1st Ménage, but definitely NOT my LAST!!, July 31, 2010
This review is from: Their One and Only (Paperback)
I had original bought this book, along with Blood Rite, also by the same author. I didn't quite enjoy Blood Rite, and I was going to return both books, for fear of being disappointed yet again. However, one night I decided to give this novel a chance. Nevertheless, I was adequately flabbergasted.
The eroticism that filled the pages within this novel, left me utterly sedated with my many releases. Literally after reading just two pages of Sam, Kaycee, & Tyler's lovemaking, my libido was in hyper-drive, exasperatedly awaiting my own gratification.
I relished the fact that it was somewhat normal to possess an immense amount of amorousness for two other people at the exact same time, and to love them equally as well, with absolutely no injustice done to either partner.
WELL DONE MS. MICHAELS, THIS NOVELS DESERVES WELL BEYOND A 5 STAR RATING!

Their One and Only, August 23, 2008
This review is from: Their One and Only (Paperback)
Kaycee Alcott has managed by miraculous efforts to survive the two most horrific days she could ever imagine. She was drugged and kidnapped by a deranged maniac with a fixation on her model beauty. He had previously taken other women that resembled her, and she found one of the other women being held, but was unable to rescue her when she attempted escape because her injuries were too severe. Kaycee managed to stab her captor, and escape stumbling through the woods until she literally fell on to the highway in front of an oncoming car.
Sam and Tyler Warren are identical twins that had been profiling her case. They are also psychics working for the FBI, and had been instrumental in helping to identify Kaycee's location. Tyler had felt an instant powerful connection with Kaycee, and one he was determined to explore. Sam was not happy, and was further dismayed to discover their next assignment. After she was released from the hospital, Sam and Tyler were appointed her protectors until her abductor was captured. Tyler was thrilled with the responsibility, and the potential of what could be. The brothers had a secret that they would have to make her understand. It was not common knowledge, but they always share women. It went beyond just a simple ménage because the brothers were also psychically connected, and that had made all women in the past flee.
Kaycee didn't understand her incredible attraction to both brothers. With her recent attack, it frightened her on many levels. While they never pressured her, neither did they disguise what they wanted from her. When they succumbed to their combined lust, it was life changing for them all. Little did they know that the threat to Kaycee was about to make an appearance again.
This is a very suspenseful erotic read that kept me guessing until the very end. Kaycee is a complex heroine that didn't realize her strength until she had to rely on it in order to survive. Sam and Tyler give what everyone wants in their life, and that is unconditional love. The fact that they are twins is just a bonus! An emotional compelling story that you don't want to miss!!

Excellent...Intense emotion ~~~~, August 5, 2009
This review is from: Their One and Only (Paperback)
Kaycee Aloctt, a model was abducted by a serial killer, named `the phantom', after a photo shoot. Twin brothers, Sam and Tyler Warren are FBI profilers use their psychic ability to get into the mind of victims. The brothers can also feel each other's fears and each other's conflicts. If one falls in love, then so does the other. When they connect to Kaycee Tyler felt possessiveness, belonging which suggests she's the one. Sam disagrees, she lives a very public life - one where having two husbands would be impossible.
Tyler decides that they are going to protect her; so they take her to their ranch house in the small town of Dumas, Texas. Sam wished he tried harder to talk Tyler out of bring her here, but their boss, Agent Barreck had insisted he wanted them in charge of her protection. They hadn't met a woman yet who could handle both of them, it just wasn't ever going to happen. They would fall in love with her and like the other before she would be unable to commit to a ménage relationship - they would just end up hurt. Tyler wasn't without his own doubts - would she run like all the others -- afraid she wouldn't be able to handle both him and his brother? He knew they were demanding, dominant, and aggressive.
I was surprised that this story had a strong storyline. In most exotic romances the plot takes a back seat to the sexual situations - the plot and the very intense sexual situations complimented each other perfectly. Exceptional.
