This review is from: Theme Park World (Video Game)
I really had fun playing this game though I had it long time ago. On 2003, I think. Only six areas (islands) where you have to build your theme parks. At the beginning, you only have two opened islands. If you succeed in keeping your theme parks active (not to fall into bankruptcy), you'll be able to unlock another island, and so on till you unlock them all. I mostly liked three islands: the Halloween, Outerspace and the Sweets which reminded me of Hansel & Gretel's fairy tale! Well, you can build and plan rides, shops, side shows, etc. You hire front line staff and if they don't work well you can fire them, or bring in the boffins to invent even attractions and facilities. You can also adjust the performance of the rides and control the spaces you want to occupy as you wish. I really enjoyed the game BUT (mark the BIG BUT here), that was when I had both systems on my PC, WindowsMe + XP. Unfortunately, the CD only works on Windows 95/98/Me/Vista. It does not work on XP (T_T) ... In case you have Vista, it can work with it. I recommend it to those who like theme parks and building stuff. If you are, then buy it and have fun!!
