This book has helped me so much to know that God/Spirit really does love me, and that it is not only ok but actually important for me to take care of myself as best I can. It is not religious and not preachy, yet helps me feel really good about myself and shows me how I can feel better every day. I love the weekly format and the fact that it is a workbook - I can write in it if i want to remember something I read. This book has really helped me and I recommend it highly for anyone who is looking to grow spiritually, and for anyone with much fear - it helped mine simply go away.

Wow - my creativity is opened again and I think this book did it - I've worked it for a few months now and feel pretty good, and am happy that I feel like painting again after a long dry spell. Mostly it is the affirming nature of all the lessons, and the plain common sense said in ways I really get it. I like this book and wish everyone could read it and feel better about themselves like I do. It is easy to read and makes you feel good.

This book has given me hope that I really can be all I want to be. I'm starting to believe I can do anything and I feel so inspired. Everyone should read this book - really, it could help anyone feel better about life and it also gets my creative juices flowing. I like it a lot.
