Good solid old school guitar rock album from the guys(and girl?!?!). For those who haven't heard, and to the band's surprise when he walked in the initial reunion meeting, the original drummer underwent a certain gender changing surgical procedure to which the album title/pic may possibly be related...

About the music, there are about 6 or eight good solid tunes with Hammer and Nail and Blood Sweat and Beers standing out. Also included is a cool acoustic redo of 'I Was Told' from the Pain album.

It is good to hear some good old rip and tear rock n roll in this age of NuMetal schlup. Overall I was very happy with the new album and just like ACDC, more of what you'd expect but who would have it any different?!? Rhino Bucket is currently on tour so don't miss them live when they hit the streets of your town!!!

dissapointing, yet decent addition to their catalog.
the songs are not that strong and i believe they miss the original lead guitar player more than they would like to admit.
again, though-not all bad.

fun fact: the female drummer is actually the original drummer with a sex change.

Another great one from Rhino Bucket. Their ealier CD releases are now out of print, but can be found here on Amazon-used. This is their first new release in several years. Rhino's sound is best described as guitar work similar to Malcom & Angus young of AC/DC and the vocals similar to Bon Scott (AC/DC's first front man). Put this combination on a CD with very good production values - which early AC/DC unfortunately didn't have. Rhino is not a tribute band..they have their own origional material. You won't be disappointed...I recommend for long drives over the limit with occasional road rage episodes. This CD give you everything you want...jerk your neck long time!

To explain Rhino Bucket, think AC/DC meets Ted Nugent meets Dangerous Toys.And it's all Texas style- crunch your balls metal.Good to have these guys back.Another great effort. If you like that simple,heavy, sleazy rock then this is it.You must be able to get over the AC/DC similarities to enjoy though. Bon's not with us anymore (R.I.P.) and AC/DC has not released an inspired cd in a long time.It sounds like a cd Bon would have loved to sing on.Always a few very funny/sarcastic lyrics.I won't bore you with specifics of each track.All are solid, grab it and chug down some brews.

I'm a big RB fan but I was dissappointed with this release. I just don't hear the quality in the songwriting this time. Everything sounds forced and plastic to me.

I read concerns from fans over the female drummer but the drums sound solid to me. Not an issue at all. Just no catchy songs.

The thing that I think made RB great was that they took what AC/DC was before they became a caricature of themselves and made it better. Albums brimming with swagger and raw energy from top to bottom.

I hate to put anything negative down about such a great band but, since I tend to check the customer reviews before I buy, my advice is: buy any one of (or all three of) the previous releases: Pain, Get Used To It, Rhino Bucket. If you're reading this I'll be shocked if you don't love them. Skip this album. Hopefully there will be a next one and it will be better. And....definitely see them live if you get a chance. Like most great bands, the recording is just a shadow of what they are.

Not as hard as other Rhino Bucket cd's, but I'm very glad I bought it. Good to get another cd from these guys.

It was about time these dudes recorded these tunes I've been checking them out live since '01 in SoCal and Texas and with all due respect to the old timers(I love the old stuff too) these are the best songs they have ever done!I saw them at Rocklahoma this summer with thier old drummer Simon Wright(AC/DC,UFO,Dio)back on drums and they stole the show!(Queensryche and Jackal were awesome 2).There coming back on tour with Simon on drums again next month and you know I'm there.
