Made in USA in 2003, Serial# 06076-86338-2, Playing Time 62:39As is the tradition by CMC International's "Then And Now" series, this compilation lifts material from the band's recent albums... What we have here is a CD focusing on BOC's last 3 albums: the first 4 tracks are taken from "A Long Day's Night", their most recent live album, represented by "Burnin' For You", "Cities On Flame With R'n'R", "Godzilla" and "Don't Fear The Reaper"... truly classics from BOC's repertoire. The next 4 tracks ("Harvest Moon", "Cold Gray Light Of Dawn", "Damaged" and "See You In Black") are lifted from the "Heaven Forbid" album. The last 4 tracks on this compilation ("One Step Ahead The Devil", "Dance On Stilts", "The Old Gods Return" and "Pocket") come from BOC's latest studio offering, the 2001 "Curse Of The Hidden Mirror". All 12 tracks are full-length, and attempt to provide a profile of the band's recording career since 1998. Unfortunately, the packaging includes no pictures, no liner lines... basically a rather "lazy" packaging effort. Perhaps a worthwhile investment for those ignorant of BOC's music in the last few years, but otherwise useless for the already acquired fan.

This is for all of you who don't know how great this band still is!
Old songs done live recently, and a bunch of songs(some of the best)from their newer CDs,too! Shame on so called "classic-rock" radio for NOT playing "Pocket",or "Harvest Moon". "Damaged" is one of the best new rock and roll songs here too,a real raver for the fans! Buck Dharma still sings, plays guitar, and writes songs as fantastically as he always could(he's rock and roll's "Stephen King"!). This is a good way to catch up on B.O'Cult. Buy it NOW!
