Review
"A mother's love, a mother's loss, a mother's pain, a mother's healing....shared simply and openly through her journal of grief and recovery. With words that so many of us can relate to, Williams' book is a useful resource for others who have survived the suicide of a loved one." --
Bonnie Detzel, Surviving Suicide, A quarterly publication of the American Association of Suicidology"Margo Williams will persuade you if you don't already know it that the magic of healing relationships is an on going conversatioon between the living and the dead. Read this book and bring along a healthy measure of humor and courage. Williams certainly has both." --
Constance Warloe, Author of The Legend of Olivia Cosmos Montevideo"Never before have I experienced such emotional honesty. The loss of a child is indeed a mother's greatest loss, and Margo's journaling, I am certain, will give comfort and understanding through the process of loss, grief, healing and rebirth." --
Ruby River, Publisher of The Rose Garden; Diamond Springs, Ca"Not like any other 'grief book' you've seen. Margo's journey and conversations with her son, Matt (in the year following his tragic death) will warm your heart. For those similarly suffering, they will find immense insight and comfort in their own sad journey. For the professional person, here's a book full of metaphor and truth that will nurture them and those they help." --
Steven G. Smith, Th.M., M.S.W."The book is priceless as it is so different from all other grief books I have read." --
Martha W., Piedmont, CA"The strength of your book is your well documented pilgrimage rather than a retrospective of the experience. Your interaction with Matt, as well as his writings strengthens the book and makes it different from others in the market. Thanks for sharing your pain and triumphs with us." --
J.William Worden, Ph.D., Laguna Miguel, Ca"This is a chronicle of a mother's love for a fallen son-as she journals daily to turn a personal tragedy into a triumph of spirit. Margo courageously shares the depths of her search for meaning with us all." --
Sandra Sylvester, Ph.D., Sacramento, Ca
