Dark Chocolate with Mint flavor is one of my favorite combinations. This product has a few things on top of that in its favor: organic, and 70% dark.

The organic specification is important to me. It's one way we can "vote" with our pocketbook to help reverse the trend towards highly-mechanized, profit-driven food production.

70% dark means that this is food, not candy. The sugar is kept to a minimum, so that this can qualify as something that will not harm your health.

How is the taste? It's quite good. The dark flavor and mint are balanced well. I'm not sure it's the best mint chocolate I've ever had...I would have preferred a bit stronger mint, but I tend to like strong flavors. All in all I'm very pleased with it and the case-lot price was decent for this class of product. I would buy it again.

We buy this chocolate because doesn't have soy and it's organic. Plus it's vegan, and very tasty! My hubby loves it too. Yay :)

Slight Chemical Taste December 28, 2011
I bought this from the local health food shoppe, but the mint flavoring tasted kind of chemical like so I threw it out. :(
