My friends describe me as a chocoholic. I describe myself as a dark chocolate-snob. I like seeking out single varietals and interesting flavors. I prefer straight chocolate over chocolate with "stuff" in it but I really like this flavor. A lot.

I first had it at a food and wine pairing and the chef brought it for us to try. I had to get a wrapper and seek it out for myself.

My mother who is also hard to please (food and flavor-wise) really likes it too. I tend to buy it by the dozen and share with friends because I can't find this flavor at stores near by that carry other Theo's products.

I'm delighted to see it here!
