I thought this book was excellently written. I have never thought that the piano was so entrenched with science. it is an amazing read. I learned a lot, it is a very slow and concentrated read but a very growing experience none the less.

Outstanding! If you really want to know how the thing works, read this. It is not a coffee book table. More detail in the action and wood types wood have been nice, but I learned alot from this book.
