This very comfortable strap can be put around your wrist or ankle and when you do the exercise, you can just concentrate on the muscle you're working and not have to worry about the theraband slipping. It's terrific!

Purchased these to create my own footwork driller custom length, similar to a boxing quickstep sold on some boxing supply stores using a thera-bands and haven't had any problems.
