I originally bought a kit elsewhere with handles, 3 assorted tubes with clips, and a couple of accessories. I love the idea, and have found a lot of easy ways to exercise at home. My back deck has a wood arbor above it, and I can put these around a horizontal wood piece, and do a lot of exercises involving pulling down (like pullups, etc), or I can loop it around a vertical post and do other exercises, including leg exercises.

But the ones I bought keep breaking, so I bought the bulk cable, which is much cheaper than the kit. It's also got much heavier duty tubes, so I don't need to use so many at one time. Also, I have the ability to make different sizes to expand the types of exercises I do.

One thing to be aware of is that sometimes (at least with the 25 foot lengths), it may not be a continuous length. In my case, there were two pieces in some, but the total length was more than 25 feet; since I intended to cut it into pieces anyway, it was OK. I mentioned that it wasn't one piece, and they offered to swap it for me, and seemed very motivated to make sure I was happy with the product. If the length is important to you, you might want to contact them first and let them know via their toll-free number listed with the product (866-263-0674).

I was disappointed with the customer service rep, who made promises to send email with a special offer for a future purchase for my trouble, but failed to follow up - I never got anything.

Tubing was just what the Doctor ordered and serves its purpose well. Good item, shipped and delivered within days. Excellent to deal with.

This product is perfect for ergonomics @ work! I can do numerous exercises at my desk. Sold the extra to people in my office, we all use it! Great Product

Product received was 9ft and 14ft length cord, yes 25ft total, the listing made no mention that the cord would be divided. I expected a continuous piece from which I could divide to suit my needs. This seems to be a running theme in this company's business practice. Amazon are you listening?

I needed some tubing to make tarp tensioners and this product suited the purpose perfectly. The 'green' strength was perfect to keep my tarp tight all night long. I know this isn't the traditional use, but if you are backpacking, do consider the green tubing for your purpose!

The tubing itself is great quality and seems to be capable of lengthy repeated use. However, even though silver is rated as super heavy I find that it does not offer enough resistance and wish that Theraband would manufacture a gold tubing to match the gold band that they already offer.

Product works as advertised, just wish that there was a lb. rating on the pull of the band. This would make it easier for consumers to pick the right strength rating. I like the product and it works as advertised but its a little weak for my purposes.

My disabled roomate got a box of this in the mail and I liked it enough to get my own for working my arms while setting on my ass infront of the TV. Previous comments made me wary about it because they said it came pre-cut, but my roomate's did not so I gave it a try. I got a total of 25 feet, one piece being about 9 feet and one being about 15 or 16 feet. The short one is good for one arm exorcises and the long one for two, but I would have rather cut the tubing myself to suit my own purposes instead of adapting to what someone else figured I wanted. This is why it gets 3 stars and not 4 or 5. Inconsistency in product condition. The tubing itself was free of cracks and cuts (though a bit bulgy and wavy in places) but I wanted to cut it to my own needs.

I use Theraband for exercise, for which it is great, but also for making slingshot power tubes. It excels for that purpose.

This last order, in June, 2011 was, I think, my 4th order for Theraband Tubes from Amazon via Big Fly Sports. Delivery is always quick, packaging excellent, and the product is without equal. I recommend it highly.

I bought this color yellow to use on a 2 meter RC SAIL PLANE and it worked perfect.
