Then buy the latex free,
By But whatever you do, don't buy the Thera-band handles. They are of poor quality and crumble with repeated use.

I didn't know what to expect, but these turned out to be very good quality. They stretch well and return to shape. They don't feel like they are going to snap apart when you are in the middle of exercising. I was very pleased with the product. Be careful, though, if you have a latex allergy. I also got excellent service from the company! I would definitely do business with them again!

Great Product for Rehab and Exercise,

This review is from: Thera-Band Latex Exercise Band Pack - Heavy - 1 Ex Heavy/1 Sp Heavy - 5.5 in. X 5 ft. (Misc.)
Became familiar with product while going through rehab due to a hip fracture. Underwent a hip pinning. Anyways, rehab center would instruct me to squat slightly just as a linebacker would do before the snap of the football or an infielder would do just before a baseball pitch. They would then tie a theraband around my lower thighs with my feet shoulder width apart. I would then side step a few feet to the right and then side step a few feet back to the left all the while maintaining the squat. Through out the weeks I would graduate with different strengths of therabands. The bands were very versatile in that you could change the resistance depending on how tight or loose you tied your theraband, without changing colors which would be of different strengths. I would feel my thighs, glutes and other lower muscles really getting a good workout. I saw patients using the bands for upper body exercises as well. I recommend for rehab or just exercising, of course with doctors approval. I do suggest to do your homework first by going to the theraband web site and familiarize yourself with the different colors and their associated strengths. Hope this helps. Be well.
