I purchased these bands in conjunction with the "Posture, Get it Straight" video. I work at a retirement community and I run this as a video class once a week. The two work well together and it's a great low impact strength conditioning workout with the addition of the bands. We also use the bands in our Low Impact Aerobics class and a Stretch n Flex Class with our Healthcare Residents. We chose light, but you can change that to fit your needs. My only recommendation is to make sure you don't cut them too short. When in doubt...go longer.
