Fun to squeeze!,
A Kid's Review
I really don't use this for hand exercising, but I just enjoy squeezing it and playing with it. If your hands are really tired, it also feels good if you put it in the microwave for 10 seconds, and then squeeze it.

Hand Exercisers,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Thera-Band Regular Hand Exerciser (Misc.)
I ordered these hand exerciser balls on the recommendation of the doctor to help the arthritis in my wrists. I had tried regular rubber balls but they were too hard. With these I can grip with my fingers, the thumb alone or the whole hand. I haven't used them long enough to tell if they are helping. I am pleased with them so far.
