The kit is a must for someone undergoing rotator cuff surgery. I chosse to do my own physical therapy, rather than pay the hundreds of dollars in fees for the use of their rubber band, stationary bike, and weights. You have to make the commitment that you will do therapy at least twice a day, for at least three months. I am two months along, I have my range of motion back, but am a long way from having my strength back.
