This is a simple product- strips of latex of varying resistances. I've personally used the green to rehab my rotator cuff, but with a little creativity, you can exercise just about any muscle group with this stuff. I'd suggest getting the yellow and red, and then seeing where you're at- the green is getting up there, and the blue is pretty darn tough to do.

Get more than one color if you can afford it, because sooner or later, the color you are using will get too easy for you and you'll want to move up to a stronger band to keep getting stronger. Also recommend Treat Your Own Tennis Elbow if you suffer from tennis elbow.

I was given a blue Theraband for leg exercises after my knee surgery. All went well. These are handy because you can use them in an infinite number of ways, tied to a drawer handle or doorknob for resistance, etc. Also they are lightweight and compact for traveling.

WARNING: Do not leave the Theraband in the sun! I left mine hanging on a chair in my kitchen, and when I pulled on it, it had turned brittle and disintegrated into pieces.

previous one i purchased the red color, it broke, this time i bought the green one, so far so good:)

I have been using Thera ands in PT for a while. The yellow band broke on first use. I have not taken the other colors out of the package yet. I do not believe that the product was of the quality used in therapy.

I'm more or less pleased with this product. One of the bands broke during a leg exercise, but possibly it shouldn't have been tied to another band, or maybe it was stored in the sun. I like these and use them.

I bought this band to use with EA Sports Active 2. It is heavier than the band that comes with the game: exactly what I needed. The only reason I rated this band 4 rather ta 5 stars is that the first one I got broke after having it for about 6 months (maybe just a bit longer). I ended up buying the same band because the price was just right for what I got.

It's exactly what it purports to be--green and stretchy. The fact that it smells like vanilla is an added perk.

High quality band. Long enough for single strand exercises (full arm extensions, foot to arm overhead). Not long enough to double up band for any practical exercises. Blue stiffness is still light for anyone who has some upper body strength and wants to build strength. But stiff enough for light toning and perfect for stretching work. Overall, a great product

Cheap, shipped quickly, durable! Will allow me to get in important stretching and PT exercises where ever I am. So happy to have found this!
