Sliced Bread has nothing on TheraCane,
By LaJmOn (Montgomery, AL USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Thera Cane (Health and Beauty)
My Chiropractor (not a quack) suggested I get one of these babies to keep from having to come in for simple adjustments where I just had a pull between my shoulderblades...
I didn't think those guys did that! This thing is great for minor pain caused by knotted muscles... Give yourself a treat AND a massage and get one!

most efficient tool for relaxing self-therapy,
By Biggi (Virginia) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Thera Cane (Health and Beauty)
This awkward looking thing is surprisingly efficient; more so than most professionally administered deep tissue massages I have had so far. No therapist was ever working the way I wanted it. With the cane you can work exactly the areas where you need it and as long and as strong as you need it. For me this easily replaces the 15 minute/15$ back-massages on the chair. I tremendously enjoy the relaxing aspects of the treatments in my own environment at my own time. It is well worth it.

I found what I was looking for,
By Mr. Who (Tempe, Arizona) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Thera Cane (Health and Beauty)
This is a great tool for trigger point massage therapy. I have these muscles that occasionally contract on my back around the shoulder blades and become very sore. This is a great product for releasing the tension in those areas. I also use it on the muscles of shoulders and neck. I showed it to couple of my friends and they were all amazed by its effectiveness. I have a homedics handheld massager (percussion massager with heat) and I have also tried HoMedics SBM-200 Therapist Select Shiatsu Massaging Cushion (which is a great product too). But this is the only type of product that allows you to massage any point on your back with whatever pressure required with minimal amount of effort.
