It's like strong silly putty!

I used this stuff when I was in occupational therapy for an amputated fingertip. It's great for strengthening hand muscles, and pushing your fingers into it will help desensitize them.

Thera putty was recommended to us by my son's OT. We purchased the bright green and have been very pleased with it. It has just the right amount of resistance for my son (he's 9 and has poor fine motor strength). I normally keep this in the container with small pop beads hidden inside of it. I make my son take it out and then pull all the beads out to string together. It is a very good fine motor activity for him. My other son who has no fine motor issues just loves to play with the putty. It does not leave a big mess or residue on our hands. Highly recommend this if you are looking for a good quality therapy putty.

I like the putty in general, but it isn't as soft as what the physical therapist is suggesting for my regular osteoarthritis exercises. I like the 6 ounce size for the full hand workout. It pops during the workout, then the bubbles form when stored in the tub. This just creates more fun for me. I like the putty for not being sticky. I will try again for the tan to see if it is soft enough.

I got the extra soft putty and it is just what I wanted. I used to have those stress balls but after while they would either get hard or they would bust or get small holes and the "powder" would leak out. This putty is great! It's also large enough that if you wanted to, you could divide it into two and use one piece at work and another at home. Also the delivery was very fast!

I bought the red. It's much firmer than Theraputty red. I wish I had known that earlier.

The thera-flex arrived quickly and was everything it was described to be. Although, it is too stiff for my use, so I have given it away and will have to order the softer resistance.

I got this for a child with Autisms find motor strength. I got the medium resistance thinking it would be strong silly putty, without the sticky. It is not as sticky thankfully but it was more firm resistance than medium.

I received the product in a timely manner and product was exactly what I ordered.
