With the entire market for rocker and wobble boards so overpriced for what you get, it's nice to see that you can get a quality product without paying 50%+ more. Solidly built of high strength plastic/resin and rubber, I find this board much stronger and more comfortable than the wood ones. I even told my chiropractor that the Thera-Band was better than what he had in his office that his supplier wanted to charge me $75 for. It even comes with a nice brochure outlining the various exercises you can do with the board.

I bought this after having my foot reconstructed. I noticed a physio using one and noted the name then ordered one. I've been using mine for a few months and my foot is getting much stronger and my calf muscle has grown back to normal. Just follow the instructions and save on co - pays!

I am a personal trainer and bought this since many of my clients like to work on balance-it has many options and I like the fact that you can use it barefoot and stimulates your navigation tactics for uneven ground-worth the money!

The product is well made and sturdy. I like using it. I just wish it was a little wider. I think it is great value for the money.

Product was just what I needed. Seller was very responsive to questions and sent good support materials.

This is a sturdily built device, and I like the texture of the surface. The only change I would recommend is that the flat surface of the board be a couple of inches larger allowing a bit more athletic stance and movement.

I'm currently going through physio therapy for my left ankle and they use one of these in the clinic. I wanted one for home. It's a little smaller than I expected but it works for me and I take a woman's size 9 in shoes. If you have a larger foot you might want to consider a larger wobble board. I do really like that it comes with a booklet of exercises to complement the ones I already do. Overall great purchase for a pretty good price in comparison to other wobble boards. I'm happy.

This is the identical one used at my physical therapists office. It is perfect for strengthening my calve, thighs and it's helping with my balance.

Received the Thera-Band Rocker Board in excellent condition. My husband and I tried it out and we both were happy with it. It is the same unit that my husband used when going to physical therapy, so he can continue exercising with this and other equipment at home now. However, I noticed some reviewers spoke about getting a brochure or booklet, with some simple exercise instructions, enclosed with the rocker board. Our shipment was missing this brochure/booklet. Maybe it was the supplier, Big Fly Sports (fulfilled through Amazon) who doesn't enclose instructions. Nevertheless, we are keeping the rocker board.
