Does What It Says,

This does what it says. I was surprised that it did not feel hot or cold to touch, but the "radiating" heat/cold did really work. Very comfortable and effective. However, note that it does not include any velcro or straps to attach to arm/leg (that has to be purchased separately). Definitely worth looking into and putting with your first aid gear.

I purchased this item because I already had a smaller version and loved it. My boyfriend wanted one for himself after using mine. So not only did I buy one for him but for several family members as Christmas gifts. I have been told time and again by my family that this was the best gift they could have ever received. It will out last you.
