puns aside, this really does hit the spot. i use it about once a week and have made great progress working out a knot in my back that i've had for over 5 years. if you regularly use this product you will see results.

I first used a TheraCane at the physical therapy clinic where I work. I'm a physical therapist and it's hard to get treatment for myself. I went ahead and ordered one for myself so that I can use it whenever and wherever I want. I even brought it on vacation where I am enjoying some down time. I found the DVD to be helpful in offering multiple ways to use the TheraCane on various muscles and muscle groups. Viewing the DVD more than one time would be helpful. The use of the TheraCane is just one of a number of things that can be done to combat tight and sore muscles. Stretching and strengthening are equally important.

This is a great way of working out knots on those hard to reach spots on your back. My massage therapist recommended it to me. I need to order the trigger point manual as it doesn't come with the cane.

I use this product for migraine prevention, specifically to areas of the head, neck and back. I found the information I received from physical therapy and from "The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook" Second Edition by Clair Davies & Amber Davies extremely helpful; the instructional video was NOT helpful at all. DO NOT buy the instructional DVD. Buy the Theracane Massager only.

I need more practice with the Thera Cane...I have used it, but still am not comfortable with it. I'll keep at it.

This is better than telling a friend, "a little higher, now in more, now down". All you have to do is grip it and find the spot yourself! No more reaching back trying to rub out your own tight muscles! Great invention!

This thera cane is awesome and I found the DVD to be well worth the few bucks. I have some experience with using a thera cane, but learned so much from watching the DVD. But of course, I also learn best by watching (more so than looking at pictures in the owner's manual that also comes with this) and the working video was great. I hit pause several times and did the moves myself and continued on with the DVD. GREAT value. Oh, I had wondered what color it would be - the limey green or the darker green, and the thera cane is the darker green one. Very pretty.

I asked my massage therapist about this device before the purchase. He said that his clients with hot spots absolutely love it and don't go anywhere without it. Those with other problems might not be as excited. I suffer from many hot spots from multiple bulging cervical disks. The theracane has allowed me to go back to sleep on some rough nights. I use it during the evening, sometimes morning, and have grabbed it at 3:00 in the morning. It reaches the spots that you cannot reach yourself. And, my husband is relieved that I have quit saying, "Please push right about here." The theracane is tough and well worth the price. The DVD shows more uses than the instruction sheet that comes with it - legs, feet, sides, etc.

The Thera Cane is a wonderful tool to work out tight muscles. You can reach any spot on your body with this Cane without having to ask for anyone's help. The DVD and manual show the many ways and areas to use this on.
