Most Helpful Customer Reviews

4 of 4 people found the following review helpful By S. Riedy on June 29, 2009
I borrowed this book from the public library and renewed it three times. So I ended up deciding to purchase it because there were so many useful tips in this book. There is a section that gives detailed movement practice for each body section from head, eyes, face, shoulders, etc. Easy to use and some illustrations/pictures included. Also some background about movement therapy. It is an older book but I am glad to have added this in my stretch class lesson plan for adults and seniors.

Has many techniques and pictures describing body movement techniques and the benefits of them. Great for a new-to-the-field physical therapist!
