I am very happy with this book. I recently ran a adolescent girls therapy group and used a different relaxation exercise from the book at the start of each session, which the girls absolutely loved. Although, I did add my own twist on most of the exercises so they would fit more with my personal style. I have used a few of the games that require limited materials and have found them to be useful, especially with young children who have difficulty expressing themselves in therapy.

If you like having concrete tools this is a great book and its pretty easy to put the tools into practice and adapt it to how you best work. I found it helpful with the children and teens that I work with. Some of the activities are useful for adults as well. A useful buy and a must have on the shelf!
