The DVD has approximately 50 minutes of hands on time, plus numerous special features including a game illustrating right and wrong techniques, common massage/medical terminology, massage modalities, anatomy and adapting the practice for a bed or the floor. Massage is shown with both verbal instruction and reminders on the screen with original music. Easy to follow, hands-on instruction with a professional therapist teaching you the techniques. Perfect if you already do massage and want to hone your skills and save your thumbs or if you've always wanted to learn.

Kathy has put together the best information in this DVD, I have learned so much from the demonstrations and most importantly, I have learned that my thumbs are not really what I should be using....which is excellent news to me!!

Everyone needs this DVD in order to learn the "right" way of doing a massage, as well as the "right" way of receiving one!!

It says that this was made for the beginner, which is everyone who doesn't have this to learn with!!

Very well put together, and definitely something everyone will benefit from!!

This is a great DVD for learning how to rub your partner right. I liked it and my wife really liked it!

Kathy does a great job in making this video very user friendly. It is definetly worth having and watching more than once so you feel comfortable with massage technique.
