After returning from a resort, my husband complained how uncomfortable our mattress was compared to the incredibly soft and supportive one we had used at the hotel. So after doing the research and looking for toppers used in hotels, hospitals and other facilities, I came across the Geo Matt. We have been sleeping on it for over a month and just love it. I added a plush mattress pad as well. We now have the same luxurious feel we had at the resort hotel.

Sorry but...if this is the best of the best...than it's only O.K. I have to say right up front that I LOVE my "Sleep Number Bed". We just moved and this house has a new-ish pillow top mattress. My husband is fine with it but my back isn't good enough for a normal mattress. What the Sleep number bed did for me was magic. In the effort to avoid buying another $3K + sleep # mattress I bought this very firm topper instead. Made a difference for about 7 nights. It is BETTER than all the others but in my case, it's not good enough. Sorry but it probably works better for someone with sleep problems and not back issues. This product is not faulty and truly is the best on the market. I have no issues with it because my back is the problem, not this topper.
I wish that a thin air inflated system/topper was on the market that would mimic the sleep number air system. I slept with my side of the bed on 100. That should explain where I am with back issues. Trust me...this is great if you are not me. It probably works for a lot of folks. Just didn't help me very much. On a scale of 1 - 10...it would be a 7. Again...MY problems are the focus of this review and this product didn't help me for more than a week. Now, it's memory foam is 'smooshed' where I sleep and it's back to the same old back issues. YUCK!

Too Thick and Unstable,

I ordered this (king size) at great shipping expense thinking it would be the best - and it wasn't. It is so thick that it results in an unstable edge to your bed. Also, one sinks into it when sitting up without stability and it makes it hard to move around. I ended up storing this in the basement with hopes to use the foam (which is actually good quality) for something else like a dog bed or make shift guest bed mattress for the future. It is a soft sleep but the lack of stability ruins it for me. It is huge and hard to manage - God forbid if you ever spill something on it as cleaning it would be a task I don't care to think on. I did better ordering a very cushioned mattress cover instead of this topper and you might too.
