What a great pillow. I had been complaining for quite some time about soreness in my left shoulder when I woke up. My chiropractor recommended this pillow. The price scared me at first but the pain grew worse and I went for it. Within two nights the pain was all but gone, and now after several weeks of using the pillow, I can't imagine how I ever slept without it.

Note - An odor was evident at first, but like my shoulder pain, it was gone after a few days.

I left this pillow at my parent's house - I take it with me everywhere - instead of having them ship it back to me - I am purchasing a new one. I have slept with this pillow for 5 years. I had to have an anterior cervical fusion 3 years ago. In other words - I have a titanium plate in my neck. If I don't sleep with this pillow I wake up with a stiff neck. I've tried all the other pillows on the market - this one is the best due to the gradation from your back to your head. Trust me - it is the best.

This is a great pillow. I have issues with my cervical spine and bone spurs throughout my spine and this pillow really seems to help. I REALLY want to try the regular pillow but I'm going to hold out for a good coupon from someone sometime. Would highly recommend.

At home I use the full sized Therapeutica pillow. That thing needs a suitcase just for itself, if I were to take it anywhere. This travel sized pillow is the perfect answer. Because it is small, you have to turn it over if you want to switch between laying on your back or your side. Over time I have trained myself to do this in my sleep!! Also, I put a really bright colored pillow case over it for travelling so when I glance at the hotel bed I obviously recognize my pillow and remember to pack it when I check out. I travel with this pillow all the time (and I travel a lot.) With my neck pains finding an appropriate pillow is really difficult. This one is still large for a travel size but worth every square inch in the suitcase.

I have used the regular sized pillow for many years and love it. I like this travel model equally as well. I would have given it 5 stars except that you have to physically turn it over to use the side sleeping position and that disrupts my sleep a little.

A perfect substitute for my full-sized Therapeutica when I'm on the road. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there IS an option for side-sleeping support despite the lack of the extensions that serve that purpose on the full-size pillow. Simply flip the pillow over and it is the right height to allow side sleeping with correct neck, shoulder, and spine alignment. Don't use an entire carry-on bag to take your full-size Therapeutica with you like I have, definitely spring for buying one of these travel-size ones.
