This author is AMAZING!! I have learned so much from his books. I would reccomend this book to anyone in this field!

While other books on Online Counseling are:

1) Too many years dated (check the publication dates!)
2) Bogged down with computer science theory that has little to do with counseling practice
3) Provide more questions than answers, and leave the reader more confused than he/she stared
