I ordered this book for a class I was teaching on positive psych for therapists. I found it to be an excellent resource, well organized, and very very useful.It also has a website from which many forms can be downloaded, for use with clients. Most textbooks are a bit bulky and difficult to actually apply for use with clients. This one is not. |
