I bought this book because I have a reallllly bad nail-biting habit, along with some other random compulsive habits. It's hard to find a good book on this.This book is VERY clear and very well-organized, so it is suitable for all readers (knowledgable or not about this stuff). Of course, if you know a lot about it, this might not be what you are looking for, as it isn't superrr complicated and stuffed with information and medical terms. But, at least, it makes a great reference guide for people more familiar with it. And for this very reasonable price, it is definitely worth buying . |
