Great album!, February 29, 2008

I got this album for free from the radio station at my school and I couldn't believe that they didn't want it. I heard it and was absolutely in love with it. This album is a must-own for any indie-rock aficianado. Their sound blends many aspects of many genres including indie rock, post-hardcore, punk rock and many other genres. I would definitely recommend this album.

a solid effort, December 6, 2004

89 cubs is a post-hardcore band that features members of bright eyes, desaparecidos and the good life. I would reccomend this album to anyone who enjoys the saddle creek bands or superchunk-type bands. "Sorry Tornado" is reason to buy this album alone.
