Editorial Reviews

From the Author

There are real things that are Right or Wrong.
Today many people in our culture require patient moral confrontation and in There Are Moral Absolutes one discovers potent ways to contend for the truth. Herein the reader finds an engaging volume that can help educate both the moral relativists and those holding to philosophies that deny ethical absolutes.
There Are Moral Absolutes
demonstrates, with an easy-flowing style, that moral absolutes must exist and that God is the necessary ground for these fixed moral norms.
Yes, this volume provides precise arguments in a simple to understand way, but it offers profound scriptural, epistemic, and philosophical truth. Christians know that there is an unchanging moral law, but often don't know how to demonstrate this fact. This volume provides simple clarity and step-by-step ways to understand and apply moral absolutes.
The reader will learn how to apply powerful arguments for Christian Theism and moral absolutes in a manner that rebuts:
  • Atheists
  • Agnostics
  • People in false religions
  • Secularists

You receive helpful instruction all the while reading about proof for the existence of God.
Much of the material in this resource is original and uses innovative applications from the work of assorted scholars such as: K. Scott Oliphint, Greg Bahnsen, William Lane Craig, Cornelius Van Til, Kelley J. Clark, James Anderson, Don Collect, John Frame, and J.P. Moreland. All this is contained within the parameters of building an apologetic that affirms and works from a biblical perspective utilizing covenantal methodology.

Michael Robinson gives very convincing arguments for moral absolutes in a style even an intellectually confused person can understand. In our lukewarm culture that breeds discontent, confusion, and wishy-washy "politically correct" but shallow thinking, Robinson breathes new life into the ancient ideas of right and wrong values, given to us by a loving, sovereign God.

In today's world we should Believe, Trust and Hope that the author is right That "There are Moral Absolutes...". Society is in chaos and getting worst as international inter action is helping spread bad ideas as well as good. With no morality all would be lost. In today's world Christians are becoming a bigger and bigger minority as many people are taking the low road to justify their actions.

Read and pay attention.
