Book Description

June 1, 1997
Is There Life After Big Government? Despite all the discussion of " devolution" of responsibility and resources from Washington to states, communities, families, neighborhoods, and other mediating institutions, there have been few attempts to illustrate just what that might look like, how it would work, and why it would be beneficial. This publication is an attempt to provide such illustrations.
